UNOPS, India
Developed a comprehensive proposal to strengthen the institutional and entrepreneurial capacities of over 30 lakh women SHG members under ASRLM. The program focuses on training ecosystems, leadership, and enterprise promotion, enabling women to lead sustainable and food-secure communities.
Grameen Foundation for Social Impact, India
Created a cadre of Sourcing Managers for 42 FPCs across eight districts of Eastern Uttar Pradesh. The initiative enhanced aggregation, procurement, and marketing capacities, improving market access for over 10,000 farmers.

Supported Basant Women Farmer Producer Organisation (FPO) in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh to strengthen business planning, branding, and market linkages — impacting 2,000 women farmers and enabling them to participate more effectively in local agri-markets

Creating an integrated supply chain for Foxnut (Makhana) linking producers in Bihar with buyers in Maharashtra, by mapping producer clusters, value addition units, traders, and transporters to ensure efficient aggregation, processing, logistics, and market delivery systems.

Designed an innovative program focusing on energy security and digital inclusion to foster climate-resilient, economically empowered, and socially inclusive rural communities in partnership with the Varanasi District Administration
